Kanali Bamba (Architectural Designer) Joins Ashley McGraw Architects

Ashley McGraw Architects is pleased to announce the addition of Kanali Bamba as an Architectural Designer. Bamba is a recent graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Architecture (2023). While at Syracuse University, Bamba was active in many organizations and held leadership roles for the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students (NOMAS), the American Institute of Architecture Students, the Architecture Student Organization, the University Union Design Team, and Women in Design. Additionally, she interned at nationally recognized architecture firms in Boston, Brooklyn, and Washington, DC.

When asked about her experience as a member of NOMAS, Bamba said, "It resulted in me designing for community-based organizations such as healthcare, youth facilities, and public institutions. I was lucky to be exposed to projects that addressed the COVID-19 pandemic, sustainable practices, and vulnerable populations. I am constantly delighted for the chance to further architecture through design justice."

On why Ashley McGraw: "Ashley McGraw's future-focused sustainability policies match with my love for developing environmentally responsible designs. The firm's commitment to creative solutions and cutting-edge technologies ensures that I am able to contribute to ground-breaking initiatives that have a significant impact in the area. Furthermore, Ashley McGraw's dedication to creating bespoke design experiences ensures that I can bring my unique ideas and developing expertise to each job.
