Ranging from energy efficient envelopes to buildings that are sensitive to their context, we believe that good design creates buildings that are beautiful to inhabit, enhances their surroundings, and are economical to build and operate. Professional Development: To assist you with your pursuit of professional accreditations, we offer reimbursement of exam fees and an immediate increase in salary upon successfully achieving licensure. Once you are licensed, we cover the cost of the state’s annual license renewal fees.

Our team at Ashley McGraw places a strong emphasis on community, not just from within our office. Every year, we organize workshops and social gatherings that bring together all staff members from both our offices. Additionally, we host weekly happy hours for team bonding and monthly women-in-design happy hours. As a team, we actively participate in local events and competitions, such as the annual Workforce Run and the Inner Harbor Dragon Boat Races in Syracuse. Furthermore, our staff members are proud members of esteemed industry organizations like The American Institute of Architects (AIA), IIDA NY, and SMPS Upstate NY.
