A different kind of practice

You won’t be asked to simply execute.

You’ll be asked to think. To question. To contribute. To engage in a process that is collaborative, sometimes challenging, and ultimately rewarding. Because the best work comes from people who are fully invested in it.

Ashley McGraw is a place for people who are drawn to meaning, not just momentum.

People who are curious. Thoughtful. Restless in the best way. Who care about the connection between people and the environments they move through every day, and who want to explore that relationship deeply. It’s a culture of quiet idealism. Of substance over show. Where ideas are valued, questions are encouraged, and growth comes from both autonomy and support.

“I chose Ashley McGraw because the team is passionate about design while being environmentally conscious and addressing the needs of the client. A positive, health work culture is everything for a firm, and Ashley McGraw is committed to creating a great place for collaboration, learning and growth.”
