Trauma-informed Design Toolkit

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) operates 29 area offices across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and continuously strives to provide the highest quality of service to children and families; this includes incorporating trauma-informed practices into all aspects of their work. Ashley McGraw Architects has been engaged to work with the DCF team to develop a toolkit that can help ensure their physical spaces align with their goal of a trauma-informed approach.
