Ashley McGraw Architects to Present at N4C Virtual Professional Institute

Ashley McGraw Architects will present at the National Coalition for Campus Children's Centers (N4C) Virtual Professional Institute on October 10, 2026, from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Mike Lindstrom, Principal; Liz Hall, Associate Principal; and Amy Wolfson, Landscape Architect, will present Designing to Support Teacher Well-Being & Reduce Turnover, exploring how the physical environment can influence teacher well-being, workplace satisfaction, and staff retention in early childhood education settings.

The session will examine how thoughtful design of classrooms, outdoor learning environments, and dedicated staff spaces can support teacher well-being. Topics will include environmental comfort, connections to nature, trauma-informed design strategies, and involving teachers in the design process. Drawing on real-world examples, the session will share practical strategies for improving environmental conditions that contribute to teacher stress, fatigue, and burnout, while creating more supportive environments for educators and children alike.
