Matt Flament Joins Ashley McGraw Architects as Associate Principal
Ashley McGraw Architects announces the addition of Matt Flament as an Associate Principal supporting the firm’s Housing studio. Flament brings extensive experience in multi-family residential and affordable housing projects, including large-scale, multi-phase developments and neighborhood revitalization efforts. His work includes leading a $225M, AIA award-winning redevelopment project and managing multiple LIHTC-funded community development projects. He has coordinated with developers, public agencies, and stakeholders from planning through construction, while also leading project teams, supporting tax credit applications, and facilitating community engagement and approvals.

He’s a skilled project leader who will significantly expand our LIHTC experience and add capacity to complete housing projects for our clients.”

Flament earned his Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Studio Art from Wesleyan University. He is a licensed architect in Connecticut and New York.
