New Medical Office Building
A new medical office building designed to support a growing practice while complementing the surrounding campus through durable, contemporary architecture.Ashley McGraw designed the new home for Retina Vitreous Surgeons of CNY. This 25,000 square foot medical office building houses RVS-CNY’s growing practice and was delivered as a turnkey design/build team led by The Edgewater Company.
Ashley McGraw was responsible for the building shell and general architecture, designing a highly performing brick façade that tied into the materials of the adjacent office park while bringing a more modern feel, and features a heavy timber entrance and lobby designed to provide a warm welcome to the doctors’ patients.
This project was completed in collaboration with Dwyer Architectural, who are medical office specialists and were responsible for the layout and interior design of the building’s interior.
