St. Mary’s Residence Hall
The renovation transformed the ground floor of a 1960s residence hall into accessible student housing, replacing outdated shared restroom facilities with private accommodations and creating modern residence rooms and shared student spaces. As one of the oldest buildings on the Le Moyne College campus, the ground floor of a 1960s era dormitory was converted from living/learning concept classrooms to additional double and single dormitory rooms. The floor is fully accessible, and the toilet rooms were converted from a gang-toilet configuration to individual toilet, sink, and shower rooms to meet current student demands.
Both hallways of the dorm lead out to the new modern looking lounge provided with a few new couches, a table, and a big screen TV. The rooms have wall to wall carpeting, which lead up to dry-walled walls, and they are finished off with air conditioning.
