Women’s Lacrosse Locker Room Renovation
The renovation creates a dedicated home for Syracuse University's Women's Lacrosse program, providing modern team spaces, enhanced amenities, and durable, sustainable materials that support both athletic performance and long term value.The renovation created a dedicated home for the Syracuse University Women's Lacrosse program while reflecting the University's commitment to a more sustainable campus. The project includes a film and team room, a locker room with forty 30-inch square ventilated lockers around the perimeter, a new toilet and shower room featuring seven showers with private changing areas, vanity sinks, and a towel drop off area, as well as an adjacent coach’s locker room.
The selected materials are durable, have a low life cycle cost, are easy to maintain, and meet high standards for responsible manufacturing with respect to the environment and future generations.
To accommodate the new women's lacrosse locker room, the athletic training area was expanded into the adjacent weight room, maximizing the use of existing space while supporting the evolving needs of the athletic program.
