This mixed-use development combines apartment living, retail, rooftop amenities, structured parking, and the adaptive reuse of a historic church to strengthen the surrounding neighborhood.728 East Genesee street is 11 stories, 192 apartment units, and internal parking for 40 cars. The apartment mix includes studios, one- and two-bedroom units in a variety of sizes and price points. The ground floor of the new building would include retail space fronting East Genesee Street, with a parking garage behind it. Green plantings and a deck for tenants are located on the roof of the apartment building. The existing church building on the site will be renovated and re-imagined as a multi-tenant food hall and performance space.
