Ashley McGraw Architects is pleased to announce the addition of Nathan Williams as a Marketing Coordinator. Williams graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges this Spring with a Bachelor’s in Media and Society. He worked as a student photographer, videographer, and writer for the colleges’ communications office and as social media intern for the Media and Society Program. Nathan was a teaching assistant for two sperate courses and worked closely with faculty to promote various aspects of the colleges’ identity like majors, clubs, events, and community members.

Perkins is very civically engaged and has contributed to various urban design proposals and town revitalization projects.

LaFayette Central School District held a ceremony to celebrate the completion of Grimshaw Elementary’s new Library-Media Center as part of the District’s 2020 Capital Project. The new garden-themed library features a maker space, learning commons, expanded seating options, group study areas, and an updated circulation desk. The $8.6 million capital project also includes renovations to the District’s Junior/Senior High School that will be finished around Fall 2023. The project seeks to further the district’s goals of engaging students and helping make them “lifelong learners.”

The goal of the project was to rethink and redesign the district’s physical spaces to match their instructional objectives.
