Alessia Randazzo Joins Ashley McGraw Architects as Senior Designer

Ashley McGraw Architects welcomes Alessia Randazzo as a Senior Designer. Based in our Buffalo office, Randazzo will contribute to our firm’s growing housing studio, supporting an expanding portfolio of projects across New York State. Randazzo has experience navigating Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) processes and guidelines, positioning her to effectively support the delivery of high-quality housing projects across New York State. She also brings valuable experience working on New York State Office of General Services (OGS) projects, with a strong foundation in construction documentation, coordination, and construction administration.

Looking forward to collaborating, and bringing bold, inspiring, and impactful designs to life,” explained Randazzo. “I thrive in creative, idea-rich environments and am passionate about sketching today what people will experience tomorrow.”

Alessia Randazzo earned her Bachelor of Architecture and Planning from the University at Buffalo (2018). She is actively engaged in the Western New York design community, serving as Co-Chair of Architecture + Education 2026 and as a volunteer with the Buffalo Architectural Foundation (BAF) since 2024.
