An 8 story mixed-use boutique development with highly urban aspirations in the heart of CNY.

728 East Genesee street is 12 stories, 192 apartment units, and internal parking for 40 cars. The apartment mix includes studios, one- and two-bedroom units in a variety of sizes and price points. The ground floor of the new building would include retail space fronting East Gensee St., with a parking garage behind it. Green plantings and a deck for tenants are located on the roof of the apartment building. The existing church building on the site will be renovated and re-imagined as a multi-tenant food hall and performance space.
