Cold Spring Apartments. RUPCO

Ashley McGraw Architects is the architect and Passive House consultant for this 56-unit apartment complex located in Tannersville, NY. This 9% LIHTC-funded project includes a mix of Senior and Affordable Housing as well as fitness centers, community rooms, offices, and storage units. The buildings surround a mix of green spaces with pavilions, community gardens, outdoor fitness areas and a children’s play area, creating a vibrant outdoor focus for the residents. Views of the Catskills are highlighted from the private balconies available to each unit.

Sustainability is a focal point for this project and it will pursue multiple green building certifications including LEED Gold and Passive House (PHIUS) New Construction.

In April 2024, the project was approved by NYS HCR for 9% funding.
