This luxury multi-family housing community along Oneida Lake is currently under construction. Being built on 22 acres with approximately 600 feet of lake frontage, this includes 12 apartment buildings, a marina and clubhouse, and 8 stand-alone garage buildings. When completed in 2023, the complex will feature a mix of 248 one- and two-bedroom apartment units. The apartments include one-bedroom, one-bath units ranging from 750 square feet to 1,135 square feet and two bedroom, two-bath units ranging from 935 square feet to 1,372 square feet. These three-story wood frame buildings provide efficiently laid out living spaces with modern amenities such as elevators, private balconies, en-suite bathrooms, and in-unit laundry.

LoSo (short for Lower South Bay) is a partnership of Trey Jay LLC and Hueber-Breuer, which is also serving as the project’s general contractor.
