Blair Benson-D’Alesandro Joins Ashley McGraw Architects as Project Architect
Ashley McGraw Architects welcomes Blair Benson-D’Alesandro to the firm as a Project Architect supporting our K-12 studio.
Benson-D’Alesandro brings nine years of experience across institutional, healthcare, adaptive reuse, commercial, and residential projects. Her multidisciplinary background brings a thoughtful and technically informed perspective to Ashley McGraw Architects’ K-12 practice. Her work emphasizes sustainable and resilient design strategies, including high-performance building envelopes, thoughtful site planning, embodied carbon reduction, and environmentally responsible design practices.

Benson-D’Alesandro earned her Master of Architecture from Rochester Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University. She is a licensed architect in New York State.
