For us, the World Forum was more than a conference, it's a homecoming, a global family reunion, and a reminder of why this work matters so deeply.

Ashley McGraw Architects attended the 54th Annual Conference of the National Coalition for Campus Children's Centers (NCCCC), on March 18-21, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. The conference offered a unique opportunity for leaders from campus children's centers across the country to exchange insights, best practices, and innovative strategies aimed at meeting the changing needs of children, families, and the early childhood workforce within higher education. 

Sara Berg, Associate Principal; Roxanne Button, Associate Principal; and Madeline Silva, Interior Designer, presented “AI in Higher Education - A Vision of a Changing Landscape" alongside David Furney, Dean of Health & Technology at Onondaga Community College, at the NYAPPA Winter 2026 Conference in Saratoga Springs, NY. on February 4.

Mike Lindstrom, Principal and Early Education Studio Leader, presented at the 2025 National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. His session, “Designing Outdoor Classrooms for Learning: Tools and Strategies for Success,” took place on Thursday, November 20 at the Orange County Convention Center.

Susanne Angarano (CID, IIDA, ASID, NCIDQ, NCARB, AIA, ALEP, WELL AP, MCPPO), Principal, co-presented with David Furney, Dean of Health & Technology at Onondaga Community College, at the 2025 NYAPPA Summer Conference in Niagara Falls, NY on July 23.

Ashley McGraw Architects was an active participant in the SUNY Early Care & Education Conference, that took place June 3–5, 2025 in Saratoga Springs. The event brought together approximately 100 directors and staff from across the state. Representing our firm were Mike Lindstrom, AIA, LEED AP, Principal of the Early Education Studio; Toni Marcoux, RA, Associate Principal; and Amy Wolfson, CPSI, Landscape Designer.

Mike Lindstrom, Principal of the Early Education Studio at Ashley McGraw Architects co-presented in a virtual webinar hosted by the World Forum Foundation’s Bonnie’s Global Café on April 23 at 11:00 AM EST, highlighting an innovative project designed to meet the urgent childcare needs of Ukrainian refugee children in Poland.

On March 27, 2025, Associate Principals Jason Evans and Andrew Van Roo presented at the 2025 New York State Green Building Conference in Syracuse, NY (Marriott Syracuse Downtown). As a long-time sponsor of the NYS Green Building Conference, Ashley McGraw Architects continued our support in 2025 through the Student Poster Competition.  

On March 21, 2025, Associate Principal Andrew Van Roo presented “Creating Harmony: Overcoming Challenges in Passive House Multifamily Design” alongside Positive Trace Architecture’s Nicole Schuster at the 2025 Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA) BuildingEnergy Conference in Boston, MA.
