BUS GARAGE PROJECT
SOUTH JEFFERSON cENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
Ashley McGraw increased the storage capacity at the Wilson Bus Garage of the South Jefferson Central School District. Additional scope included making repairs and replacements to its maintenance area and bus lift and installing energy-efficient lighting.
At the Clarke Building, which houses the district’s Middle and High Schools, approximately 23 acres of additional land was acquired to accommodate new playing fields, expanded parking lots, improved student drop-off areas, and a new storage building. Additional exterior components include roofing replacement, new exterior windows and repairs to the Press Box. Inside the building, we have installed new energy-efficient lighting, replaced carpeting, renovated the band room and locker rooms, upgraded the auditorium’s sound/lighting system, and upgraded the building’s security systems.
At Wilson Elementary School and Mannsville Elementary Schools, the roofing and exterior windows were replaced, and energy efficient lighting was installed. Additionally, at Mannsville Elementary, Ashley McGraw renovated 1950’s wing classrooms, made security upgrades, and made ADA playground surface upgrades.
